SUMMARY:
The Public Works Department proposes to complete the 2013 work plan, consisting primarily of
street crack sealing, with its in-house work force. The purpose of this presentation is to provide
information to the Board about this approach.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The TBD budget is $300,000 inclusive of
contingency ($250,900 work estimate plus $49,100 contingency). The expectation at this time is that
the City's street crew will be able to complete the 2013 work plan well within this amount.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the 2013 TBD work plan as revised, and authorize the work to be provided by the
City's Public Works Department.
