SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES AUG 1 5 2012

A Special Meeting of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District (TBD) was called to order in
the Council Conference Room on the 6th Floor of the NORM DicKs GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th
Street, Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, July 25, 2012, immediately following the Study
Session at approx. 8:00 PM, with the Chair of the TBD Board Adam Brockus presiding. TBD
Board Members present were Nick Wofford, Eric Younger, Faye Flemister, Greg Wheeler, Roy
Runyon, Leslie Daugs, and Jim McDonald. TBD Board Member Carol Arends was absent. Also
present were City Attorney Roger Lubovich, Finance Director Becky Hasart, and Legislative
Assistant Lori Smith.
A. A Power Point® presentation was made on the "Status of the Bremerton TBD Work
Plan" by Tom Knuckev, City Engineer. Items included in the presentation were as
follows:
• Review Expenditure Alternatives and Evaluation Criteria identified by the TBD
Board at the April 11, 2012 Special Meeting
• Review Analysis of road segments completed by staff
• Review Work selection alternatives identified by staff (Alternative 1 —All Good
Roads; Alternative 2—All Non-residential Good Roads and Select Fair Roads)
Council Members appeared to be unanimous in their preference for Alternative 2.
B. Chairman Brockus proposed that to allow staff time to prepare for the next meeting, the
regular meeting on August 7, 2012 would be cancelled, and a Special Meeting would be
scheduled immediately following the Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
With no further business, TBD Board Chair Adam Brockus adjourned the meeting at 9:10 PM.
