The lowest responsive, responsible bidder was Johansen Excavating, Inc., from Buckley, Washington with a bid of$4,934,570.06, including estimated sales tax. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Contract 2. Bid tabulation FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Lebo Boulevard Road Improvement Project is funded with a Transportation Improvement Board grant of$4,942,722; City Stormwater Utility funding of$913,514, and City Water Utility funding of approximately $113,000.
