SUMMARY: The City granted right-of-way to Kitsap County in 1962 for road construction. The
County recently surveyed the roadway and has determined that the constructed road is not fully
within the right-of-way. To correct this issue the County has requested the right-of-way deed be
amended to match the constructed roadways (Gold Creek and Lake Tahuyeh Roads).
