SUMMARY: Clearview Sheldon LLC is the property owner of Parcel No. 132401-2-085-2006 and
132401-2-084-2007 which is the location of the proposed Evergreen Point Apartment Project. For
the development to be constructed, the City requires frontage improvements to be constructed, and
given site constraints a right-of-way dedication is necessary per BMC 11.12.090. The proposed
dedication is generally for the north 5 -feet of their properties along Sheldon Boulevard.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the right-of-way dedication easement granted by Clearview Sheldon LLC on
Sheldon Boulevard for the Evergreen Point Apartment Project, and authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
