SUMMARY: The approved 2017 budget for fund 510 shows replacement of Five Police Patrol
Vehicles and associated Safety Equipment. We will be utilizing State Contract No. 05916. The total
cost for the Five Vehicles plus associated safety equipment per quotes is $ 263,926.69 including
Washington State sales tax.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of five Ford Interceptors in the amount of $184,312.59, including
Washington State sales tax, from Columbia Ford of Longview WA.; and the purchase of the
associated safety equipment for the five vehicles in the amount of $79,614.10, including Washington
State sales tax, from Systems for Public Safety Inc.
