SUMMARY: The approved 2017 budget shows a purchase of two Y2 ton pickups for the Water
Utility. The requested purchase is for two 2017 Chevrolet Silverado'/2 ton P/IJ with all required
options per state contract No. 05916 in the amount of $71,077.50 including Washington State sales
tax of 9%. The authorized dealer is Bud Clary Chevrolet, Longview WA.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Copy of Washington State Contract 05916, quote 2017--1-105; 2) Justification
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The vehicles are budgeted within the Water Capital
Fund and will be purchased from the ERR Fund. The Water Capital Fund will transfer contributing
funds to ERR.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of two 2017 Chevrolet Silverado'/ ton pickups with all required
options per state contract No. 05916 in the amount of $71,077.50 including Washington State sales
tax; and authorize the transfer of funds in the amount of the purchase from the Water Capital fund to
the ERR fund and increase the expenditure capital budget in the ERR fund by the same amount.
