SUMMARY: The approved 2017 budget. shows a replacement in Department of Community
Development of a 2001 GMC Sonoma P/U. The requested replacement is a 2017 Ford Escape 4wd
with all required options per state contract No. 05916 in the amount of $22,231.62 including
Washington State sales tax. The authorized dealer is Columbia Ford, Longview WA. The replaced
vehicle will be removed from the fleet.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a Ford Escape 4wd with all required options per state contract No.
05916 in the amount of $22,231.62 including Washington State sales tax, and authorize the Mayor to
finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
