SUMMARY: The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee recommended lodging tax funds be granted to
applicants in 2016 for 2017 funds. City Council approved recommendations at the Council Meeting
held August 3, 2016. The Council adopted the 2017 budget with Ordinance No. 5315 which included
in the approved recommendations.
Pursuant to BMC 2.76.100, contracts over $25,000.00 require Council approval.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Tourism Promotion Services Agreement with Bremerton Chamber of Commerce
in the amount of $25,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
