SUMMARY: The Information Technology Division has $67,000 budgeted in 2005 for PC
replacements. This is a request to approve expenditures, not to exceed $67,000 to replace the City's
older Gateway PCs and related software. The Division has opted to Purchase Dell equipment
available through Washington State's WSCA Contract #A63307
