SUMMARY: The City contracted with Dura Coatings, Inc. in the amount of$19,439.40 to paint the
guard rails on the Mentor Boardwalk. Subsequent to the original bid, the scope of services was
changed resulting in an amendment to the contract in the amount of$II,141.71. Because the total
contract amount with the amendment now exceeds $25',000.00, council approval is required at this
time.
ATTACHMENTS: Original bid and amendment
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $11,141.71 additional contract amount which is
budgeted in the conference center budget.
