SUMMARY: The approved 2017 budget for ERR includes replacement for equipment 3010, a 1996
International 2554 Truck and Pothole Patcher. The department has selected for replacement a 2017
Freightliner Truck with ProPatch Asphalt Pothole Patcher per quote from H.D. Industries, Inc. of
Jacksonville, TX in the amount of $194,641.03 including Washington state sales tax. Staff will be
utilizing NJPA Contract No. 113012. We will surplus Vehicle 3010.
