SUMMARY: The City Attorney's Office desires to fill the vacant Legal Assistant II position. The
primary duty of this position is to provide administrative and paralegal support to the City Attorney
and Assistant City Attorneys. The person selected to fill this position has over ten years' experience.
The position is budgeted for 2017. Staff is requesting authorization to hire the applicant at Pay Band
5, Rate 4.
