Study Session Date: Budget Workshops No. 5315 approving and adopting the 2017 COUNCIL MEETING Date: December 7, 2016 fiscal budget Department: Financial Services Presenter: Cathy Johnson Phone: 360-473-5296 SUMMARY: The proposed budget was made available to the Council and the Public on October 26, 2016. Budget workshops were held on November 3, 7 and 10, 2016. A public hearing was held on November 16, 2016. The attached ordinance represents the final proposed 2017 Fiscal Budget. If adopted, this ordinance would become effective January 1, 2017. ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance No. 5315 Exhibit A — 2017 Expenditures All Funds FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Total revenues and expenditures across all funds are $150,760,143. Expenditures, exclusive of Ending Fund Balance, are $116,713,019. General Fund revenues and expenditures only are $45,065,088. General Fund expenditures are $40,157,037 exclusive of Ending Fund Balance.
