SUMMARY: This resolution of support is for a State of Washington capital budget request for
$500,000 to design the Quincy Square on 4th project.. Quincy Square, located on 4th Street between
Washington and Pacific, is an integrated urban revitalization project that, when completed, will be
one of the Puget Sound's great public spaces and a model for what livable downtown neighborhoods
should look like.
ATTACHMENTS: Resolution No. 3281
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project's funding plan is that it will be 100%
grant funded, utilizing grants from various sources so that the grant matches required can be met by
the other grants. The fundraising effort is already underway:
