SUMMARY: Ordinance to amend and re-establish the 2017 Assessments, Rates, Fees and
Charges.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Ordinance No. 5314 ; 2) Exhibit A
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Misc. Fees and Charges were adjusted by change
in the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers, Seattle for the year ending September 30,
2016 at 2.10%. The Utility rates were adjusted to the dashboard recommendations..
