SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Chapter 20.52 entitled "Sign Standards" regarding sign maintenance, illumination,
permitted locations for Co-op Signs, and revisions to maintain content neutrality.
