SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court has been the recipient of an Interpreter Grant from the
State of Washington, Administrative Office of the Courts for many years. This.agreement is renewed
on a yearly basis. This document is titled an Interagency Agreement but it more correctly a grant
acceptance form. The terms of this Agreement are from July 2016 through June 2017 for partial
reimbursement of interpreter services up to a maximum of $2,768.00.
ATTACHMENTS: Interagency Agreement IAA17527 between State of Washington, Administrative
Office of the Courts and Bremerton Municipal Court.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Receipt of up to $2,768.00 to recoup partial costs of
interpreter expenses. No matching funds are required.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interagency Agreement IAA17527 between the State of Washington,
Administrative Office of the Courts and Bremerton Municipal Court; and authorize the Court
Administrator to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions
as presented.
