IVY GREEN CEMETERY QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corporation of Washington,
for and in consideration of clearing title and no monetary consideration, hereby conveys and
quit claims to GRANTEE, Deborah Matzat (formerly known as Deborah Shoemake), and her
heirs, FOR BURIAL PURPOSES ONLY, that certain lot of land situated in Kitsap County,
Washington, described as follows:
Section P2, Block 007, Lot 03, Site North
in IVY GREEN CEMETERY, as shown by the plat thereof on file in the office of the Auditor
of Kitsap County, and described as follows:

WASHINGTON; SITUATE IN KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said lot of land, for the purpose of burial only, and subject
always to the rules and regulations, conditions and limitations, now or hereafter adopted by the
City Council of the City of Bremerton, and said conditions to run with the land and bind any
subsequent holder thereof; subject also to the further restriction that for said land no sale,
transfer, lease, or assignment of any kind shall be valid without the consent of the City of
Bremerton, which consent shall be endorsed upon the conveyance.
The City of Bremerton, during its ownership of the cemetery, will maintain the premises
above described in accordance with the ordinances, rules and regulations of the City of
Bremerton now or hereafter adopted without expense to Grantee or her heirs.
