Development
SUMMARY: The proposed Ordinances amend the Streets, Parks and Recreation, and Municipal
Utilities provisions of the Bremerton Municipal Code to make Low Impact Development the preferred
and commonly-used approach to site development. This is a requirement for all Western Washington
NPDES Phase II Permittees beginning January 1, 2017.
