SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance amends Section 3.50.050 of the Bremerton Municipal Code to
allocate a percentage of stormwater fees or taxes to the Transportation Capital Fund for the purpose
of funding street improvements within the City.
ATTACHMENTS: 1)Ordinance No. 5307 amending Chapter 3.50 BMC
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): With this change It is anticipated that approximately
$260,000 will be allocated to the Transportation Capital fund in 2017. If this ordinance is not
approved that amount will continue to be posted as General Fund revenue.
