SUMMARY: The City has selected RH2 Engineering to provide consulting engineering services to
design a 24-Inch water transmission main to replace an existing main that is in need of replacement.
The main is approximately 2,400 linear feet long and will run on Oyster Bay Avenue North and Jones
Street West befinreen South Ridge Drive and H Street East at the northern access to the car
dealerships. A scope of work was submitted and negotiated in the amount of$134,400.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The work is fully funded in the 2016 Water budget.
$200,000 is budgeted in 2016 and $1.15M is budgeted in 2017.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with RH2 in the amount of$134,400, and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
