SUMMARY: The attached agreement with Prothman is to conduct a nationwide Fire Chief
recruitment. The cost is $19,500 plus expenses. Human Resources is requesting City Council
approval to enter into this agreement because the total cost may exceed $25,000 with added
expenses.
ATTACHMENTS: Prothman Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Up to $30,000 can be absorbed by the Human
Resources Budget.
