SUMMARY: The Fire department is proposing to purchase three.(3) Stryker Power—Load cot
fastener system. The system lifts and lowers the gurney into and out of the ambulances. This is done
by only using your finger. not your back, reducing the potential of back injuries. The City of Everett
went out to bid on 1-14-16 and we have an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with them
and we will use their bid. The total cost of the purchasing three (3)Stryker Power Load systems
would be $124,340.83 which includes and taxes. Braun NW, Inc. would install the unit during the
remount process.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This is budgeted through the Public Safety Bond.
The total cost for the three (3) Stryker power load systems is $124,340.83 (includes tax).
