All 15/75 candela strobes or horn/strobes are recommended for 20' x 20' rooms or less. *Horn and horn/strobe current draws assume horn is set at temp 3, electromechanical tone and high audibility. ** FWR = Full Wave Rectified System Sensor Sales and Service System Sensor Headquarters System Sensor Canada System Sensor In China System Sensor – Far East 3825 Ohio Avenue Ph: 905.812.0767 Ph: 86.29.524.6253 Ph: 85.22.191.9003 St. Charles, IL 60174 Fx: 905.812.0771 Fx: 86.29.524.6259 Fx: 85.22.736.6580 Ph: 800/SENSOR2 System Sensor Europe System Sensor in Singapore System Sensor – Australia Fx: 630/377-6495 Ph:44.1403.276500 Ph: 65.6273.2230 Ph: 613.54.281.142 Documents -on -Demand Fx: 44.1403.276501 Fx: 65.6273.2610 Fx: 613.54.281.172 800/736-7672 x3 www.systemsensor.com m 2002 System Sensor. I Heat Detectors Series 600 aescripric The Series 600 Heat Detector is attractive, durable and features combination rate -of -rise and fixed temperature operation. Heat detectors are available in 135"F and 200°F temperature ratings. Rate -of -rise detects heat by quickly responding to a rapid temperature increase. Rate -of -rise units have a wide spacing allowance of 50 -foot centers. See specification table for details. Fixed temperature reacts to heat by responding to a specific temperature setting. Series 600 Detectors use the same reliable pneumatic rate -of - rise element of former models, but offer added aesthetic appeal. The pneumatic rate -of -rise element responds to a rapid rise in temperature, approximately 15"F. (8"C) per minute, by expansion of air within the sealed chamber faster than it can escape through a calibrated vent. The resultant increase in pressure depresses the diaphragm, causing the electrical contact to close the circuit. The fixed temperature element uses a fusible alloy. When activated, the external heat collector drops away to provide quick visual confirmation that the element has operated. The units protrude only 1-3/8 inch from the ceiling surface with a junction box mounting. They have pleasing contours and an all -white finish that conforms to ceiling aesthetics. Installation Each detector includes a patented reversible mounting plate. In one position, it easily attaches to 3.25" or 4" octagonal box, or plaster ring. In reverse, the plate can be used for open wiring without a junction box. A 1/4" space between detector and mounting surface allows for wire connections. All mounting screws are concealed. The detector attaches easily to the mounting plate with a push and twist motion. No tools are required. All rights reserved (11101). The plate is extremely strong yet adapts to uneven mounting surfaces. Series 600 Testing Methods Models 601/621 and 602/622 can be tested by the quick application of heat from any convenient source. A portable hair dryer is recommended. However, do not apply heat that exceeds the fixed temperature rating of the detector. Models 603/623 and 604/624 cannot be tested. However, the fusible alloy element used is considered so reliable that testing is not necessary. Valarie Wol dealership on Auto Center Way„ „z age 1„ From: Paul Wandling To: MaryEllen Babbit; Valarie Wolf Date: 1/9/03 1:08PM Subject: Dodge dealership on Auto Center Way I have reviewed the right-of-way use issue with Legal. (see attached email) Final Occupancy will not be approved until a Type "C" right-of-way use permit is issued. Please follow up with the developer. Engineering had discussed this with Steve Foust (PM) about 4 months ago so he should be aware of this issue. CC: p), -(D5-73 Luke Korpi 4L) Valane Wolf - Re: ROW requirements age P display area) extends into the right-of-way approx 10 ft or more. What ability do we have to holdup final approval and occupancy until they resolve the ROW issue to our satisfaction. (ie ... long term lease agreement) Our ROW ordinance is found in BMC 11.02 11.02.060 says it is "unlawful for anyone to make private use of any public right-of-way without first having obtained a ROW permit." This appears to be an easy answer but I don't think it is ... you tell me... This area of right-of-way has been used by the dealership for years. The plans submitted for review had shown the pavement limits extend into the ROW with no comment. Does that fact that a building permit has been issued... without comment from Engr regarding a long term ROW lease requirement... prohibit the City from enforcing BMC11.02.060 Do we get into trouble attempting to hold up final approval on the Bldg permit because of this issue? ... or... should we deal with the ROW use issue separate from the BLDG permit through Code Enforcement? _.........,.,...,,.. ::.:...r:::::..:.:.: . Valarie If - Re: ROW requirements p 1..,.,:.. , From: Simon Stocker To: Wandling, Paul Date: 1/8/03 4:54PM Subject: Re: ROW requirements Paul, It probably turns on how the permits relate to the area in question. Is the permit applicant reconstructing the parking [vehicle display] area as part of the project. If so, this issue is directly related to the permit and we can probably hold up the project until this is sorted out. Keeping in mind that we will look bad regardless for not having noticed this sooner. If the permit is basically for the building and the parking area will be untouched, then it would be more prudent to deal with it separately from the permit. In either event, we need to think about how to deal with it. What is the chance that the City will need this area of ROW in the future? Any road widening possibilities? If we wont be needing it, We could vacate it and just reserve easements. If we aren't sure, we could possibly use a long term lease or license. I hope this helps some. Give me a call in the morning. MANDIO CITY CLERK AIdD PURCHASING AGENT RE: Proposed Office Bldg. 6001 Auto Ctr. '„ay Review of the proposed office building drawings submitted with the application for building permit reveals that the roof projection at the south end of the building violates section 504(b) of the Uniform Building Code, which requires that the overhang does not exceed one-third the distance from the building to the property line. Also the drawings show foundation walls that are retaining soil and supporting the building which are less than four inches in thichiess. according to the U.D.C. the foundation wall for a single floor should be a minimum of six inches. Application will not be approved until these items are corrected. Please contact us if there are any questions. Phone 478-5201. STEWART COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING October 24, 1978 Western Pacific Properties 2112 - 3rd Avenue, Suite 401 Seattle, Wa. 98121 Attention: Mr. John Bloomquist Re Curb, Gutters, Sidewalks 6th St. & Auto Center Way Dear Mr. Bloomquist: TOM SWANSON COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITIES KATHLEEN L. MANDIO CITY CLERK AND PURCHASING AGENT We have reviewed your proposal for posting a bond in lieu of construction of curb, gutters, and sidewalks in conjunction with the erection of a commercial building at the above site. We are aware of the proposal by the Washington State Department of Transporation ,for future development of a full south bound -on-ramp to SR3 in the general vicinity of your project. We agree that without knowledge of the right-of-way required or the time of construction for the ramp that it might be unwise to place curbs, gutters, and sidewalks along your frontage at thie time. We have not discussed your proposal with any member of the City Commission as yet as we feel the proposed amount in your letter of $2000 is too small. We would present your proposal is you would increase the amount of the bond to $3,000. If you have further questions, contact us at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, CITY OF BREMERTON JAMES A.
