SUMMARY: The Bremerton City Council adopted the 2005 annual City budget by Ordinance No.
4921 on December 8,2004. Certain programs have been implemented and actions taken during the
year which have an impact on the City's 2005 budget resulting in the need to amend the 2005 budget
document.
ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance and Discussion Memo with attached fund recaps.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Most funds ofthe City are updated by this
ordinance at a minimum to reflect the actual beginning fund balances. The attached discussion memo
and supporting schedules provide the net fiscal impact to each fund for the proposed changes.
