SUMMARY: The City previously entered into a contract hiring Arai Jackson Ellison Murakami as
architects for the Police/Courts facilities design development. . The recommended design and site
developments are the Kitsap Credit Union on Burwell for the Police facility and the 17th and Warren
Avenue CenCom site for the Courts. The architectural agreement retains Arai Jackson for design
development at these two sites.

Jackson Architects for the new police station as amended to
remove the court and reduce the contract amount to $173,000 and
further to authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the amended
contract.
