SUMMARY: Use and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Bremerton and CENCOM. This
agreement will allow the City of Bremerton to make payment to CENCOM who has purchased 35
MCT's for the Fire and Police Departments. It will also allow the transfer of the assets to CENCOM
who will provide the maintenance for the life of the equipment.
ATTACHMENTS: Use and Maintenance Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $172,093.55 which has been budgeted in the
Information Services budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Use and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
CENCOM; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented.
