SUMMARY: The City's Community Development Block Grant allocation process depends on the
work of a citizen's committee to screen applicants and recommend those most suited to receive grant
funding. There is a vacancy on the committee due to the resignation of Roy McInnis. It is
recommended the vacancy by filled by Adam Brockus.
