SUMMARY: On February 10, 2016, City Council approved the sale of property located at 1720
Warren Avenue and 914 17`h Street, commonly known as the former Cencom Building, to Olympic
College. RCW 39.33.020 and BMC 2.78.060 require a public hearing when the sale of real property
is an intergovernmental transfer.
