SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve Phase 2 of the Bayside Final Plat located
off of Anderson Hill Road. Preliminary Plat was granted by the Administrative Hearings Examiner in
January of 2007 for the subdivision of 56 acres into 294 lots, associated open space tracts, and
Right-of-Way. This proposal will grant final subdivision approval for 165 lots associated open space
tracts, and Right-of-Way. The applicant has met the conditions of the Preliminary Plat Approval with
bonding for infrastructure completion and therefore the City Engineer and Community Development
Director recommend Final Plat Approval with the conditions included in the resolution.
