This assignment would begin with this grant agreement number and because this grant serves as a renewal will be for continuing grant years. The City of Bremerton believes that Agape Unlimited has the administrative capacity to manage this grant and would benefit from the utilization of the total amount of administrative funds available within the grant. The City no longer has the administrative capacity to manage these grants and believes both parties would benefit from this transfer. Beginning in 2016 the City will no longer apply for Continuum of Care funds on behalf of Agape Unlimited. Grant Agreement#WA0099LOT011508 is for Project, Sponsor, and Tenant Based Rental Assistance. If you have any questions regarding this request, please contact Sarah Achaoui: 360-473-5375 or sarah.achaouina,ci.bremerton.wa.us. Sincerely, Patty Lent Mayor, City of Bremerton • cc. A request for proposals was sent out to seven (7) localized sunrey companies off the small works roster; six (6) were received by the City. AES Consultants, Inc. was selected based on their familiarity with the City of Bremerton's system and past survey work. Total proposed cost by AES for all three outfall sites is $28,900.
