Warehouse Facility 5100 Arsenal Way January 7, 1975 Sponsor: Request for Building Permit for Electrical 'Wholesale Warehouse Medley Development Co. 14429 S.E. 288th Kent, WA "98031 Action: This proposal has been determined to have a non-significant adverse impact upon the environment. A detailed Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision is reached after review'of the information file and other data sources. The disposal of storm water which must be accomplished in a manner other than direct discharge into the street appears to have three possible solutions accQrdingto the Bremerton Engineering Department. Complete field checks and analysis would be necessary to determine ~he ul~imate feasibility of each alternative. The alternatives are as follows: 1. Construction, at the developers expense, of a storm sewer line to connect to the catch basin in the access road to SR3 some 800 ft. to the north. 2. Construction, at the developers expense, of a storm sewer line to connect to the ,storm line on Gorst Ave. between Burwell and 5th st. The existing storm line on Gorst is a Ion line. Capacity would depend on slope. 3. A combination of on-site storm water retention facilities and the construction of the storm sewer line mentioned in item 2 above.
