SUMMARY: There is a vacancy on the Design Review Board for Position 5 due a resignation. The
Mayor seeks confirm the appointment of Dean Kelly, a local project designer with Rice Fergus Miller,
to fill the vacancy and complete the term which expires December 31, 2016 and for the appointment
of a full 4-year term that will begin January 1, 2017 and expire in December 31, 2020.
