For street closures and major street construction, guide signs shall be used to inform the public of dates of changing construction activity and facility access conditions. 3. The Contractor's emergency contact person and phone number shall be on file with the City and with CenCom. If efforts fail to contact the Contractor within a reasonable period of time, based on the nature of the emergency, all work performed by the City shall be at the Contractor's expense. 5.
