SUMMARY: When the Washington Military Department was planning the construction of the
Readiness Center, they committed to assist in the proportional share of construction costs of the West
650 Water Facilities Improvements. The proportional share of $400,000 for reimbursement was
determined in lieu of General Facilities fees, Front Footage fees and Tapping and Connection fees.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $400,000 will be paid from the Washington
