SUMMARY: This Interlocal Agreement provides the basis for Kitsap County to provide paving
services to the City. The agreement term is 10 years. For 2016, the specific work contemplated is
an overlay for Riddell Road.
ATTACHMENTS:
1. Proposed Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap County for Road Paving Services
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City's expense for this effort is expected to be
between $15,000 and $40,000 for 2016. This money has been budgeted in the 2016 Transportation
Benefit District expense budget.
