Codes and Uniform Plumbing Code
SUMMARY: The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and pass an ordinance
amending BMC 17.04 to adopt the 2015 editions of the International Building Code, International
Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Property Maintenance Code,
International Fuel Gas Code, and the Uniform Plumbing Code, as amended by the Washington State
Building Code Council or published by the International Code Council; make minor housekeeping
amendments for proper references in the BMC; and amend the International Residential Building
Code.
