SUMMARY: Ratification of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Kitsap County and the City of
Bremerton for 2014 and 2015 HOME Funds. This interlocal agreement documents the disbursement
of HOME funds approved by Council and included in the 2014 and 2015 Action Plans to HUD for the
City down payment assistance program.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to ratify the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Kitsap County and the City of
Bremerton for 2014 and 2015 HOME funds; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
