Michael G. said that he felt that had or could meet all of the requirements. Paul W. said that the project would require a sewer main extension. They would also be required to obtain a PUD construction agreement. The current plan is only 90% complete. Michael said that North Cascade Construction put the sewer line in Unit C. Paul indicated that it probably was not engineered. Michael said that he believed there was water to the property line, a5 there are 2 PVC risers in front of lot D. He was unsure if this was for that unit alone. All utilities must be separate to each unit. Paul said that there is water available. The sewer main Still needs to be connected. The meter is set only to Lot A. Connection fees will apply. He told the Godfrey's they need to go to the Water Dept. and will have to pay the general facilities fee and the front footage fee ($10 per sq ft). The main extension was his real concern. Michael asked if they were now dealing with the City only, as this project had initially begun in the county - and then the property was annexed into the City. Paul said yes (City only now) and that he was aware of the annexation. 5cott asked if the driveway would have to be paved? Paul said no because the road is gravel. He recommended the Godfrey's contact an engineer and then begin the building permit process.
