SUMMARY: This 3-year small works roster project was provided to over 100 qualified contractors
listed on the MRSC small works roster site, for bid. Three bids were received. The low bidder was
StripeRite Inc. of Port Orchard, WA for$234,000.00, which does not include applicable sales tax.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This item has been budgeted within the
Transportation Benefit District (TBD)for 2016, and it is our expectation that this work will continue to
be budgeted within the TBD for 2017 and 2018 as well.

Move to award a contract for hot applied street traffic markings to StripeRite Inc. of Port Orchard,

terms and conditions as presented.
