SUMMARY: The Harborside Fountains require upgrades to filtration, disinfection and control
systems in order to meet State of Washington Water Recreation Facility standards. Staff is
requesting a budget adjustment to transfer up to $75,000 from the General Government Capital
Improvement Fund to the Parks Capital Construction Fund in order to make the necessary upgrades.
