SUMMARY: Reservoir 16 is a 1,000,000 gallon steel water reservoir located in East Bremerton.
The exterior of Reservoir 16 will be abrasive blast cleaned to remove the existing coating and new
coating wi�l be applied.
There were seven bids. Bids were opened on March 31, 2016. Coatings Unlimited was the lowest
responsible, responsive bidder in the amount of$315,610.45 (which includes sales tax).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to award the construction contract for the Reservoir 16 — Exterior Coating Replacement Project
to Coatings Unlimited in the amount of$315,610.45 (which includes sales tax); and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
