SUMMARY: BMC Chapter 2.38 requires at least two representatives from businesses that collect
the hotel-motel tax to serve on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
It is recommended that Jack Edwards (Baymont Inn & Suites) be appointed to the committee for the
remainder of an unexpired term held previously by Jose Maldonado with the term expiring on April 3,
2018.
