CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES �� �����

Wednesday, March 23, 2016
A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DicKs GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6'h Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger
presiding. Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Dino Davis, Greg Wheeler, Jerry
McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to provide
staff support.
President Younqer emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be
no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be
placed on the Apri16, 2016 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated.
A. NO PRESENTATION PLANNED— The following items are budgeted items or subjects that have
been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members:
1. Project Agreement with the Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB)for the Evergreen Park
Nearshore Restoration Design Consent Agenda
2. Establish the Lebo Boulevard Road Improvement Fund; and Transportation Improvement
Board Consultant Agreement with SCJ Alliance for the Lebo Boulevard Road Improvement
Project Consent Agenda
3. Professional Services Agreement with JB Reward Systems to perForm a Compensation &
Classification Study Consent Agenda
B. INFORMATION BRIEFINGS
4. Staffing Analysis Report for the Parks & Recreation Department—Jeff Elevado, Interim
Parks & Recreation Director; and Mike Riley, Assistant Finance Director Information Only
