SUMMARY: The City executed a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 5387)with
Parametrix for design of the Washington Avenue Community Boulevard Project. The Contract has
been modified three times to add Construction management scope and additional work. This
Contract Modification No. 4 increases the consultant budget by $26,387 for work in 2016 to complete
the project.
