Proposed Charter Amendment, Reducing,
from Nine (9) to Seven (7), the Number of
Council Members and Corresponding
Districts and Submitting Ballot Measure to
Voters on Nov 8, 2005 General Election
SUMMARY: It is being proposed that the City Council submit to the voters, on the November 8,
2005 General Election, the question whether or not the membership of the City Council and the
respective council districts should be reduced from nine to seven.
