SUMMARY: Pursuant to RCW 36.57 A.080, a public transportation benefit area such as Kitsap
Transit may contract with a City for use of rights-of-way. Through the proposed contract, the City of
Bremerton conveys to Kitsap Transit the right to use a portion of Callow Avenue and Fifth Street
rights-of-way as described in the agreement.
