SUMMARY: Due to the changing of the lease holder from Palma C. Hammargren to her daughter
Donna Hammargren, a new land lease must be approved for the Pump Station EB-4 located at 1369
JacobsenBlvd. The existing lease is through 2008 and this will remain the same, except for the name
change.
ATTACHMENTS: New and exisiting lease.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This is budgeted through the Wastewater
Operations and Maintenance Budget, Bars # 535.8032-54510-58200. The monthly rent is $60.00, and
is paid on an annual basis every October in the amount of $720.00. ye..a.r''1

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the land lease fo'Pump Station EB-4 between the

substantially the same form as presented.
