SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that the City of Bremerton enter into a professional services
agreement with RDG Planning & Design for Phase II ofthe Maritime Park Naval Museum, also
known as Building 50. Phase II includes completion of the architect's instrument of service; the
construction documents of Building 50 and it's immediate surroundings resulting in the adaptive reuse
into a museum building. Phase II also incudes all the build-out including design for casework,
cabinets, counters and exhibit display items. Additionally, Phase II includes the completion of
construction documents for Harborside Memorial Plaza. Phase II compensation not to exceed
$520,000.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with RDG Planning & Design for Phase
